Our Story
The Noodle Wagon started with a simple belief: that a great bowl of noodles shouldn't require a passport. We wanted something honest — broth you could sip clean, noodles with real bite, and toppings that taste like they were chosen by someone who actually eats this stuff every day.
We pull our noodles by hand, simmer our broths for days, and source locally whenever the season allows. Missoula's farmers market shows up on our plate before it shows up on anyone else's. That's just how we roll.
